BTA personnel, whose number exceeds 3 thousand, are valuable individuals who know what is expected of them in dynamic working environments and work for guest satisfaction at every point we serve.

HR PRACTICES

Recruitment

We adopt the approach of placing the right person in the right job in recruitment. Our basic principle is to provide equal opportunities to candidates during the recruitment process. Personality Inventory Test has been applied for responsible level and above positions since the beginning of 2009. Inventory results are compared with position competencies and are used effectively during the selection phase. In addition, a level determination exam is conducted for positions that require English knowledge. Among the candidates who successfully pass all these stages, we add the ones we believe love their job the most to our team.

We keep the resumes of the candidates who cannot be evaluated for the required position as a result of the interviews in our database for 6 months to be evaluated for suitable positions that may arise in the future. Wages and Benefits

Paid monthly on a net salary basis. Our employees are paid 12 salaries per year. Our employees are provided with all legal and social rights. In addition, 50% of the premiums to be paid by personnel who want to benefit from Private Health Insurance are covered by BTA. The remaining amount is deducted from the employee's salary in 12 installments.

Our company offers its employees 14 working days for employees who have worked for 1-5 years (including 5 years), 20 working days for employees who have worked for 6-15 years (including the 15th year), 26 working days for employees who have worked for more than 15 years, as well as leave rights such as marriage, death, birth and breastfeeding leave.

Performance Evaluation System

Performance Evaluation System (PDS) is applied to operational employees in 6-month periods and to middle and senior managers in 1-year periods. PDS, where competencies and goals are evaluated, helps to structure subordinate-superior relations and to reflect the staff to themselves.

PDS results are used to determine the aspects of employees that need development, to create training plans and in promotion decisions.

The most important elements of PDS are to accelerate the process of achieving success by strengthening the communication between managers and employees and to ensure that the targeted customer-focused, innovative service is carried out by employees.

Health Services

We have contracted company doctors in the terminal building who provide examination and emergency response services.

Working Hours

Office staff work every weekday between 08:00 and 17:00. BTA, which provides 24/7 service to its guests, has operational staff working in shifts in the morning, evening and night shifts. In shift work, 6 days of work and 1 day off are used. We have free personnel shuttles serving various routes in Istanbul, Izmir and Ankara at the start and end hours of each shift.

Social Activities

BTA employees are provided with various social opportunities not only at work but also outside of work. In addition to sports activities organized at certain periods, our company supports various social nights, trips, visits, cultural and artistic activities for our employees and their families. BTA employees also actively participate in many social responsibility projects.
