My personal data may be collected by BTA Food & Services Group A.Ş. (“BTA”) as the data controller or by data processors authorized by BTA after taking the necessary security measures, in order to evaluate my resume for my current position and/or to re-evaluate it based on future position needs. by BTA or its authorized data processors’ Human Resources departments, either physically or electronically, verbally or in writing; my resume form and any audio and video recordings that may be archived during this process; in accordance with the principle of retention for the period required by law or necessary for the purpose for which they are processed, as stipulated in Article 4 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVK Law”); I hereby acknowledge and declare that I have been informed by BTA regarding the above-mentioned matters and that I have given my explicit consent in accordance with the KVK Law. I also acknowledge and declare that my personal data may be transferred by BTA to its companies and/or business partners (current list of group companies and business partners) for the purposes specified above, and that I have given my explicit consent for this. However, in accordance with Article 11 of the KVK Law and related legislation; By filling out the form available at the BTA address and submitting it to BTA, I may request information regarding my personal data, including: whether my personal data has been processed, if so, requesting information about such processing, learning the purpose of processing my personal data and whether it is being used in accordance with that purpose, knowing the third parties to whom my personal data has been transferred within or outside the country, to request the correction of my personal data if it has been processed inaccurately or incorrectly, to request the deletion or destruction of my personal data if the reasons for processing it no longer exist, to request that my requests for correction and deletion be communicated to third parties to whom my personal data has been transferred, to object to the analysis of my processed data exclusively through automated systems resulting in a decision adverse to me, and to request compensation for any damage incurred due to the unlawful processing of my personal data, I hereby acknowledge and declare that I have been informed of my rights and that I have given my explicit consent in accordance with the KVK Law. Furthermore, I acknowledge and declare that the personal data I shared during the job application process is accurate and up-to-date.
