Tadında Anadolu first opened at Ankara Esenboğa Airport in 2010 and continued to grow with new locations at Istanbul Atatürk Airport in 2011, İzmir Adnan Menderes Airport in 2014, and Istanbul Airport in 2019. Today, it serves guests across these four locations. Its largest operation is located at Istanbul Airport, where Tadında Anadolu offers menus reflecting Anatolia’s rich culinary heritage and more than 500 authentic Anatolian recipes within a 1,700-square-meter space.
Acting with the “social responsibility awareness” within our Tadında Anadolu brand concept; we increase the use of geographically indicated products, we support local producers by procuring over 600 local products locally. We cook the regional dishes we serve in season, staying true to original recipes.

At the FAB Awards 2024, the most prestigious award program in the global travel retail and duty-free sector, Tadında Anadolu was both named the ‘Business that Best Represents the Sense of Place’ in the Sense of Place category and was also selected as the ‘European Regional Winner’ in the same category. In addition, Tadında Anadolu was also selected as the ‘Commendable Airport Restaurant of the Year’ and was honored with three prestigious awards. Famous chef Ömür Akkor, known for his work for Tadında Anadolu and presenting centuries-old recipes in their original form, was selected as the ‘Airport Chef of the Year’ and also won the ‘European Regional Winner’ award in the same category.
Tadında Anadolu, which entered the ‘World’s Best Airport Restaurants’ list in a survey conducted by the Daily Meal website in 2013, was selected as the “National Champion” by the European Business Awards in 2015 and 2016.
